Welcome to A\u2019s Studio. By booking a service or renting our space, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Portrait Sessions<\/strong><\/h1>

1.1 Booking & Payment<\/h2>

-Full payment is required to confirm your booking \u2014 either online or via payment link.
-We accept [list payment methods, e.g., Knet, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay].<\/p>

1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/h2>

-Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> (new date must be within 7 days, subject to availability).
-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
-If A\u2019s Studio cancels for any reason, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.<\/p>

1.3 Session Guidelines<\/h2>

-Sessions start and end on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
-Clients must bring their own outfits, accessories, and makeup artist.
-Maximum of 3 persons<\/strong> allowed unless approved in advance.
-Inappropriate behavior may result in the session being stopped without refund.<\/p>

1.4 Image Delivery & Usage<\/h2>

-Edited images will be delivered within 4 working days<\/strong>.
-Image quantity depends on the selected package. Extra images available at an additional cost.
-RAW files are not included unless purchased separately.
-A\u2019s Studio may use select images for our portfolio, website, or marketing \u2014 unless the client opts out in writing before the session.<\/p>

1.5 Copyright & Licensing<\/h2>

-A\u2019s Studio retains copyright to all images.
-Clients receive a personal-use license<\/strong> (e.g., for social media, prints, and albums).
-Commercial use<\/strong> (e.g., ads, branding, resale) requires a separate license and fee.<\/p>

1.6 Liability<\/h2>

-A\u2019s Studio is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damages before, during, or after the session.
-In case of emergencies (e.g., power outages or natural disasters), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Studio Rental<\/strong><\/h1>

2.1 Booking & Payment<\/strong><\/h2>

Full payment is required to confirm a studio rental.
-Payment can be made online or through a direct payment link.<\/p>

2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>

-You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> (new date must be within 4 days).
-Cancellations within 24 hours<\/strong> of the rental are non-refundable.
-If A\u2019s Studio cancels, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.<\/p>

2.3 Studio Use & Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>

-The space is to be used only for photography\/videography unless otherwise approved.
-No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities are allowed.
-No meals are allowed; small snacks\/drinks permitted in designated areas only.
-Max 5 people<\/strong> allowed inside unless pre-approved.
-Renters are responsible for the conduct of all attendees.<\/p>

2.4 Equipment & Studio Care<\/strong><\/h2>

-Please handle all equipment with care.
-Any damage to equipment or property will be charged to the renter.
-Fixed setups (e.g., cyclorama, backdrops) must not be modified without approval.
-Studio must be returned in clean, original condition.<\/p>

2.5 Time Management & Overtime<\/strong><\/h2>

-Your session starts and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your booking.
-Overtime will incur additional fees and must be approved\/paid before continuing.
-If another booking follows, you must vacate on time.<\/p>

2.6 Liability<\/strong><\/h2>

-A\u2019s Studio is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damage during rental time.
-You are fully responsible for your guests, clients, or crew.
-We are not responsible for data loss or issues related to personal equipment.<\/p>

2.7 Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2>

-In case of natural disasters, technical issues, or emergencies, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
