Welcome to A’s Studio. By booking a service or renting our space, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Portrait Sessions
1.1 Booking & Payment
-Full payment is required to confirm your booking — either online or via payment link.
-We accept [list payment methods, e.g., Knet, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay].
1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
-Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice (new date must be within 7 days, subject to availability).
-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
-If A’s Studio cancels for any reason, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
1.3 Session Guidelines
-Sessions start and end on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
-Clients must bring their own outfits, accessories, and makeup artist.
-Maximum of 3 persons allowed unless approved in advance.
-Inappropriate behavior may result in the session being stopped without refund.
1.4 Image Delivery & Usage
-Edited images will be delivered within 4 working days.
-Image quantity depends on the selected package. Extra images available at an additional cost.
-RAW files are not included unless purchased separately.
-A’s Studio may use select images for our portfolio, website, or marketing — unless the client opts out in writing before the session.
1.5 Copyright & Licensing
-A’s Studio retains copyright to all images.
-Clients receive a personal-use license (e.g., for social media, prints, and albums).
-Commercial use (e.g., ads, branding, resale) requires a separate license and fee.
1.6 Liability
-A’s Studio is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damages before, during, or after the session.
-In case of emergencies (e.g., power outages or natural disasters), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
2. Studio Rental
2.1 Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm a studio rental.
-Payment can be made online or through a direct payment link.
2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
-You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice (new date must be within 4 days).
-Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental are non-refundable.
-If A’s Studio cancels, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.
2.3 Studio Use & Conduct
-The space is to be used only for photography/videography unless otherwise approved.
-No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities are allowed.
-No meals are allowed; small snacks/drinks permitted in designated areas only.
-Max 5 people allowed inside unless pre-approved.
-Renters are responsible for the conduct of all attendees.
2.4 Equipment & Studio Care
-Please handle all equipment with care.
-Any damage to equipment or property will be charged to the renter.
-Fixed setups (e.g., cyclorama, backdrops) must not be modified without approval.
-Studio must be returned in clean, original condition.
2.5 Time Management & Overtime
-Your session starts and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your booking.
-Overtime will incur additional fees and must be approved/paid before continuing.
-If another booking follows, you must vacate on time.
2.6 Liability
-A’s Studio is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damage during rental time.
-You are fully responsible for your guests, clients, or crew.
-We are not responsible for data loss or issues related to personal equipment.
2.7 Force Majeure
-In case of natural disasters, technical issues, or emergencies, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
By booking a session or renting the studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
